Each item is individually handcrafted with love, meaning slight variations in color, design, and material placement may occur. These differences are part of what makes your piece unique and one-of-a-kind.

• Custom orders are final sale and created based on agreed-upon details.

• I do my best to accurately reflect product appearance in photos, but lighting and screen differences may slightly affect color tone.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated.

• I am not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.

• Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Lost orders due to incorrect shipping info are not refundable.
